Lean and Six Sigma are a set of principles that are implemented to improve efficiency. These help in streamlining processes, removing insignificant processes and enhancing productivity. It is a balanced approach towards quality assurance and removes process waste.

We work on many lean tools like VSM, Kinzen, 5S, Poka Yoke, BSM to reduce the muda (Waste process) in organizations and improve quality control.


Six Sigma techniques like DMAIC, brainstorming, 5 Whys and Root Cause Analysis are all some tools which we implement to measuring quality and efficiency.





Six Sigma



Six Sigma helps increase the performance and decrease the process variation which leads to defect reduction and improvement in profits. It improve the capability of business processes and quality of products or services



Business Process Mapping and Improvement



Business Process Mapping and improvement is the practice of identifying, analyzing and improving existing business processes to meet standards, improve quality and satisfy the end-users.



Kaizen



Kaizen term meaning "change for the better". Kaizen improves the standardized procedures and aims to eliminate faliures.



Poka Yoke



Poka Yoke is a Japanese term that means "mistake-proofing" or "inadvertent error prevention". A poka-yoke is any mechanism in any process that helps an equipment operator avoid (yokeru) mistakes (poka).



5S



5S describes how to organize a work space in an effective way by identifying and storing the items used, maintaining the area and items, and sustaining the new order.



Value Stream Mapping



If there is a product, service or a process for a customer, there is a value stream.

A value stream mapping displays all the value added and non-value added steps with the quantified time and volume taken at each step.
